Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-20
ChatCums is a directory of live broadcasts. These terms say what the site does, what you may and may not do here, and what we are and are not answerable for. By opening any page of chatcums.com you accept them. If you do not accept them, close the site.

Who we are and what this site is
ChatCums gathers in one place what is on air right now on third-party broadcasting platforms: the room name, its status, how many people are watching, the tags and the country the broadcaster has stated about themselves. We publish that and a link to the room.
We do not film, record, store or transmit any broadcast. Video is played by the platform the broadcaster works on, under that platform's rules and its own agreement with them. The moment you open a room, you are on that platform and not here.
Adults only
The site shows material meant for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old — or older, where the law where you live sets a higher age. Confirming your age is a statement you make to us, and an untrue statement leaves you with no right to be here.
Do not let anyone under that age reach the site from your device.
Accepting these terms and changing them
Using the site is how you accept these terms; there is nothing to sign. We may change them — the date above says when the current version appeared, and the version on the site is the one that applies.
If a change matters enough that we think you should see it, we will say so on the site. Continuing to use ChatCums after a change means you accept the new version. If you do not, stop using the site.
What you may do here
Read the pages, use the catalogue, follow the links to broadcasting platforms, and keep a personal account for your own list of favourites. That is the whole of the permission we give you, and it is personal: it is not transferable and it is not a licence to republish.
Everything on the site — the layout, the code, the text, the selection and arrangement of the catalogue — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. Room names, thumbnails and broadcast material belong to the broadcasters and their platforms.
What you may not do here
The list below is not a formality. Each item is something that has been tried on sites like this one:
- copy, republish or sell any part of the site or its catalogue, in any medium;
- harvest the catalogue automatically — crawlers, scrapers, bulk downloads of pages or images;
- reproduce or redistribute broadcast material, including recording it from a broadcaster's platform;
- pass the site off as your own, or present your service as ours;
- interfere with the site's operation, its availability for others, or its security;
- use the site to advertise, recruit or send anything to anyone;
- break, in connection with the site, any law that applies to you.
Broadcasters and what they show
Broadcasters are not our staff, our contractors or our partners. We do not choose what they do, we do not direct them, and we cannot stop or change a broadcast. Their relationship is with the platform they work on.
Room names, subjects, tags and anything else the broadcaster writes about themselves reach us from the platform's partner interface and are shown as they come, apart from removing links and promotional inserts. We do not translate them and we do not rewrite them: they are someone else's words.
Links away from this site
Links to broadcasting platforms and to other outside sites are there for your convenience. What is on the other side is not ours, we do not check it continuously, and we do not stand behind it.
Some of those links earn us money. That is set out plainly on our disclosure page, and it changes nothing about the price you pay or the way the catalogue is ordered.
Your account on this site
An account here is optional and exists for one purpose: to keep your list of favourites. It gives no access to broadcasts — those live on the platforms — and it carries no payment.
Keep your password to yourself; what is done through your account is treated as done by you. You may delete the account at any time from its own page, and deleting it deletes your list.
What you send us
When you write to us through a form on the site, you are giving us the text and the address you typed so that we can answer. Send us only what you are entitled to send. Do not send anyone else's personal data, and do not send anything you are not free to hand over.
We keep what you send for as long as the matter is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a repeat request can be recognised as a repeat. The privacy policy says what happens to it.
We do not promise the site will be right or available
The catalogue is assembled from data the platforms give us, and it is as accurate as they are. Statuses change by the second, records go stale, a room can close between one refresh and the next. We give you what we have, as we have it, with no warranty of any kind.
The site can be unavailable — planned or otherwise — and we do not promise otherwise.
The limit of what we are answerable for
To the extent the law allows, neither ChatCums nor the people who run it are liable for loss that follows from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from anything you find on a platform you reached through it. That includes lost profit, lost data and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you — death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
If you cause us loss
If a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover what that costs us, including reasonable legal fees.
Ending access
We may restrict or end your access to the site, or to part of it, without notice, if you break these terms or if leaving your access open would put the site or other visitors at risk.
You can end your side of this at any time by not using the site and, if you made one, deleting your account.
If part of these terms fails
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of ChatCums is established, and disputes go to the courts of that place. If the law where you live gives you rights as a consumer that cannot be taken away by agreement, this paragraph does not take them away.
How to reach us
Questions about these terms go through our contact form at chatcums.com/contact/. If you want material removed, use the form at chatcums.com/dmca-removal/ instead — it asks for what we need to act.
